Cancellation Policy

Bookings are first come, first served and reserve dedicated room time. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Reschedules are allowed once with at least 24 hours’ notice (subject to availability). Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Booking time includes setup and teardown. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments. Renter must leave the room clean, return moved items, and fully close/lock doors at exit. Renter must upload exit photos showing room condition and closed door status. Cleaning/reset fees and damage fees apply if rules are not followed.
